Glass wafer demounter

조인테크놀러지에서 개발하여 공급하는
“Si wafer thin & SiC wafer process” 관련 전문 설비입니다.

Introduction

접착된 LTHC층에 laser를 조사하여 de-bonding 한 뒤, glass carrier를 들어내고, 박리 테이프로 wafer 표면에 형성된 UV 접착층을 박리하는 설비입니다.

Wafer를 Bernoulli end effector 및 handling arm으로 handling 할 수 있습니다.

Turn table chuck을 청결하게 유지하기 위하여 cleaning 주기와 횟수를 설정할 수 있는 향상된 Cleaner unit를 적용하였습니다.
