Join Technology was founded in 2008, as a team of expert engineers with extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment design. Our business began with the refurbishment of semiconductor equipment such as PVD (Front & Back Metal), Spin Etchers, CMP, and BSG systems.
From the beginning, we have committed ourselves to becoming a leader in the semiconductor industry by continuously investing in R&D in equipment and key component technologies.
As a result, we have successfully developed and now supply original equipment capable of performing complete wafer thinning processes with precision and reliability.
